All bookings made through the The Shadow Stalkers means you accept and agree to the terms and conditions below.
Events are not suitable for persons under the age of 16 years.
Events are not suitable for those with mental health issues or anxiety issues as knocks, bangs and possible shadow figures may can distress.   We accept no responsibility for guest health. 
We have a zero tolerance approach to drugs and alcohol and guests under the influence will be asked to leave and barred from future events. 
By attending you indemnify the Shadow Stalkers from all claims, losses or legal actions arising from injury caused by misadventure. 
We do not accept responsibility for vehicles parked at the events or parking fines or clamping fees. 
If we cancel an event a refund will be given within 7 days.   We have to date not cancelled any events. 
Cancellations by guests will be refunded if within 14 days of the event so long as we can resell the ticket. 
Guests may consume their own food but only in the break room and at the allocated time.  
Data Protection is taken seriously and personal details are kept safely on our sever and Immediately deleted after the event and not held by us.
